My husband works in US on H1 visa .He is holding Indian passport.I have filed for maintenance under sec 125 in Indian court.But in spite of court order my husband is not paying me single penny, Then i filed for execution.Recently distress warrant has been issued against my husband.Court has also ordered ministry of external affair to execute the order.But in the order court has ordered ministry of external affair to sell my husband's movable and immovable property in US.We have attach my husband's US bank details with the order sheet and send it to ministry of external affair. He has not mentioned about arresting him in case he refuse to pay arrear amount after being asked by ministry of external affair Does magistrate of Indian court has power to sell my husband's immovable or movable property in US?

No they dont have but they can send the order then someone in US has to execute that order from US court.
