Respected sir I'm facing about 366,420,506 its all false case put on me actually ( her name jyothi )she was already married but she left her home because of her husband torcher she told me every thing about his past life first time when she came out her brothers took her to their home after 2 months she came to meand we got married at arya samaj but one day her brothers came to my house and told that her mother was admitted in hospital thats why there want her to take to hospital i said ok but suddenely in the evening same day police came to my house and they told me that jyothi put against case on you i was shocked and when i'm trying to call her police took my mobile and took me to police station and send to remand in that fir police just wrote that this is first time only missed still i dont know what happend that day and i dont know where she was but i'm regurally attending court plz give some suggestion what i do and one more that her husband also file against both(jyothi and me) as he wanted divorse from her but when i took saman and went to court sudenly his advocate told infront honable judge that they are with drawing this case i tiik all the documents in that documents he clearly given the statement that this is the secnd time that she ran from the home please give some good suggestions thanking you
