Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

respected sir,

i file a petition in nhrc india ,against one police officer .but they are sending false reports.and they harrsed me by making phone calls so many tims to my number.call detailed records (cdr)is the main evidence in this case.but police officers not opening cdr. please help me sir how i can get CDR evidence
