Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Respected Sir

four FIR londge against me one year ago in a same day in a same police station by four complainant the member of a same family before and after these FIR there are no any other complaint or fir against me Sir could the police officer mention me as having criminal history in an investigation report?what is the definition of having criminal history for a person? Sir please advice me and help

If all the FIRs are of same day by same family, it may not constitute a case of criminal history.

in case the four f.i.r. pertain to the same offence, the officer cannot initiate the BC proceedings against you.....you need to mention the clear facts.
