Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Respected Sir , I was trapped under Prevention of corruption act 1988 , suspended from service , acquitted from court . during search of my father's house where I reside was searched . I was re instated in December 2011 , now anti corruption bureau is booking me in a case of disproportionate assets ? Please let me know 1. Is it justified to search my fathers house and all belongings have been treated as mine 2. My father was in govt service and still having income , the kitchen expenses have been levied on me @33% . 3. Govt will suspend me again or not ???? as I will loose all benefits of Retirements.
