Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

respected sir,

i won 125 case in high court and high court has order my husband to give me 3000 p.m

i hv filled recovery application 2 months ago for rs.21000/-( 7 months)...in next hearing judge is absent..and my husband is also absent.

if my husband vl not giving me full payment can i inform high court for facing this injustice...?

i hv been facing this injustice from last 3 years....can i go to high court directly without any lawyer..?

what would be the right action should i take???

you can go to court directly and in case you cannot afford a lawyer, you may seek the help from the court and the court will appoint a lawyer for you.
