Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Respected Sir,

I am a First year Engineering student, there is some problem between my family and my mother's Brothers(mama),

My uncles always teases, abuses and creates problems to my parents, in reply to that one day angrily i abused my uncle(mai usko jaan se mar dunga) in a closed room where he was not present but he recorded my voice from window and filled and FIR against me. And telling me that i have committed a very big crime and i will be sent to jail and my whole career and life will be ruined.

Is it a big crime?? he is right??and if yes then what i have to do??

Please help me sir.

threatening one with his life is an offence. Some states make it bailable and some states have made it non-bailable. you may first check and confirm if the FIR has been registered. Then if in your state it is non-bailable, you must get anticipatory bail.
