Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Respected Sir,
In a case (420,294,506-II,SC/ST Act 3(1)(x) investigation, Police has submitted a document in court, "NAKSHA MAUKA" signed by SDOP & FARIYADI.
that was totally wrong, Not match practically in ORIGINAL PLACE in that Area.
" IS SDOP MADE THIS ANY MISTAKE??????" How Much he is guilty??
