Respected Sir,

Is there any precautionary measures that an innocent boy can take from

section 498a and DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ACT which MAY BE WRONGLY IMPOSED by his wife(working lady).We apprehend this ,as the relation is very sour,although the boy(married since 6 months) is innocent.What counter steps he can take

Please help with answers.With thanks
