Respected sir/madam

A man has frauded me because of A case is filed by me against accused person u/s 468/471/506 but from very begining he is threatning me for withdrawal of case ..

Isne 15 din pehle muje dhamki gaaliyan or anjaam bhugatne ki dhamki dete huwe muje case vapas lene ke lian baat krne ke lian force kiya, jiski maine chupke se viedo recording bana li or fooran 100 nmbr par phone liya...lekin police ne meri ek na suni or meri viedo recording ko bhi koi importance nahin di.

Muje dra dhamka kr bhaga diya gya....

1. Jbki police ne koi action nahin liya to kya main accused duvara case vapas lene ke lian dhamki ki shikayat or dhamki ki viedo cd accused pr dale ve case me laga sakta hun accused pr action ke lian

2 kya jis date pr accused court me hazir hoga uss date pr main accused ki bail cancel krane ki application de skta hun case vapas ki dhamki ki cd ke saath?

you may approach a lawyer and file a criminal complaint to the magistrate in this regard.

yes u can tell the court that he is threatning you ...court may consider it and it will help u if are applying for bail cancellation ...

in addition file a criminal complaint too in this regard ...
