Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

respected sir,

My husband demanded exemption for his mom and dad ( age 52 and 62 ) in 498 case, which i hd filled in 2007..i hv no prosecution lawyer in 498 case..i still not get summons and that case is going very slow..they r also not coming at every hearing of 498..also my husband is irregular to attend every hearing.

his parents are very healthy..what can i do to stop that exemption facility ?

should i hv to appoint any lawyer in prosecution to stop this exemption ? or have to trust on govt.lawyer ?

what should i do? is this a matter of worry ?

you may have to appoint a lawyer to prosecute the case in a proper manner.

There is nothing to worry about. that is a routine. you do not have to challenge the exemption. the continuation of the case is sufficient harassment to them.
