Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Respected Sirs,
Thanks for responding to the loan query regarding my uncle defaulting cheques in my name. One more question. The personal loan taken from bank whilst my employment, cheques give now have been time barred since its 7-8 years now? Can the bank still pose a threat to myself going forward with any other legal action? I have not presented any kind of securities other than the 60post dated cheques?
