Respected Sir,
What is the provision of law {summons case} to take back the original exhibits filed in the proceedings u/s 138 of The Negotiable INstruments Act by the complainant as the same has to be used in the parallel civil proceedings

there is no need to take back the originals as the criminal file can be requisitioned by the civil court. in case the civil court still demands, a n application can be moved in this regard.
