Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If the retirement deed of a registered partnership firm is not available / registered / amended at the office of registrar by any partner( whether retiring or continuing partner) even after 10 years ,then can that retirement of the partner be considered valid.

The working of the firm for the preceding nine years can establish retirement; moreover, the office of Registrar is not the only place where information about retirement is available; the information about partners of a business firm is also filed with the banks and taxation authorities. Therefore, the fact of retirement can be established by means other evidence available from records.
