revision against acquittal order

hello sir

plz tell me what is the basic law of revision against lower court acquittal in the state case. can revison lies in the court of session if yes plz give me the law points.

In your case a revision does not lie. The State can file an appeal before the session court against the order of acquital.

u/s 397 in High COurt and U/s. 401 in Session one can file Revision if is aggrieved by any order or judgment where no appeal is provided
