what are the rights of mahila takrar niwarn kaksh while handling the family disputes... if in any case a woman has registered false case against husbond and made false allegations against the husbond and his family members ..what orders can be passed by the mahila kaksh in this situation? and what should be the measures taken by mahila kaksh to investigate the reallity of the matter? can it decide the matter in absence of opposite party ?
