Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If there is risk of anyones life of forgery and fraud due to this he has two signatures one is his secret signatures and other is his common signature.
Sir, Kindly tell me Is this legal ?
Is there any boundation and restiction for having two signature one is secret and other is common ?

No legal obligation. coz it is must else anyone can forge you signature in bank.
even in instructions of bank it is clearly mentioned for difffernt signatures.
