Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Is the sale of the mortgazed land(TO A BANK) is crime? When the land owner declares the land clear and saleable in the sale deed(False and misleading statement) despite the sold land being under legal possession of the bank.Can third party lodge the complaint?Pl reply as earliest.

a complaint of fraud, forgery and using a forged document as genuine, can be made out against the seller of the land, whose land is already mortgaged with the bank.
