my observation was right. not only you devoid of legal knowledge but your English is also very poor. your comments are not to be taken seriously? you here to make fun of people and the legal hurdles in their lives.

my question is only for those lawyers whose conscience not dead and who consider themselves human first and then lawyers

what is the procedure where police not taking any action where complaint of criminal intimidation is lodge. is the law meant to protect innocent or culprits.

Procedure under Criminal Procedure Code: If police are not taking action than write a letter to Superintendent/Commissioner of Police and post it thru Registered Post Acknowledgment due. If still action is not taken on your complaint you can file complaint in the court.
