you say your English is good but standard of your English is even below a fourth grader. so far i had heard that you will property but how one wills a petition, only a psychiatrist would explain. stubbornness in approaching the psychiatrist may prove fatal for you and others. if you cannot afford, i know a few psychiatrists doing pro bono treatment.
