SC rulings for Negotiable instrument

I am a publisher with the status of Pvt. Ltd., i received a Cheque in the name of my brand name which is registered under RNI, now please suggest me in which name I can file a case either in capacity of my Pvt. Ltd. Company or in capacity of my brand name

Brand name is neither a company nor a firm nor a proprietary concern.

You have to file the case in your brand name coz the cheque was issued in that name only.
