Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

SDM sealed my Almira manufacturing shop against law and reason given is safety reasons bcoz owner ws not found on the shop at the time of incidence, they said that they were no one present at the shop but in reality three labor were working there and SDM fetched them out of the shop.
SDM was under influence of one of my enemies, reason for sealing the shop was fraud fault. Court ordered to open the shop, I asked them to check the stock status, whether the quantity is same as that while sealing the shop but they refused to do so, they didn't provided the key even, when we opened the shop by breaking the locks after 75 days we found that our stock of 2.5 lacs is missing.
Police didn't lagged our FIR under influence of SDM. We have faced mental, social and financial loss so where and how to claim for these losses and where to claim for the theft of the stock missing. Please help me out with proper advice. Thanks in advance.

where is your shop located If police is not loggedin FIR then go to court and file a complaint in the court. you may call me
