sec 125 child maintenance

i have filed revision petition in sec 125 .I need law on that child maintenance should not be a source of income to mother .I need case laws in sec 125 in favour of husband/father

The mother may be allowed to use the child maintenance funds if that may be required for the welfare of the child.

You may not to be more specific in your question for appropriate guidance.

There is no general rule that the mother cannot use funds for child's maintenance.
