sec. 156(3) Cr.P.C
if any person filed a case before police station, that case should be return or reject by the police officer, than we filed private complaint u/s. 200 cr.p.c but what is the use of 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

Upon receipt of complaint of an cognisable and before taking cognisance, magistrate concerned can order investigation by police u/s.156(3) Cr.P.C.

This is private complaint when police has failed to register a case relating to cognizable offence.Consult your lawyer.

its the application before court for directing police to register a FIR.
in complaint you have to work and in FIR police has to work and it saves your headache

U/S. 156 (3) Cr.P.C. a magistrate has power, if he is satisfied,to direct the police to register and investigate the case.
