Sec 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act
Ater giving notice within stipulated 30 Days, in how many days we can file a legal case, against the defaulter party of the cheque, from the date of notice?

Within one month from the date of expiry of demand notice period of 15 days.

after fifteen days of reciept of notice by the other party you can file the case within 30 days
