Under which sec shouldfile the complaint by appreciating following facts
Hello! Sir/Mam,
Widow age 35yrs hving son 18yrs of age was living with her husband's friend from last 7 to 8 yrs. She was always asking for marriage to the said friend. They were having every types of relationship. The said friend maintained her and her son for 7 to 8 yrs. The said friend left her and now not contacting her. She was given threat by the said friend to kill her if she marries some other person. Under these circumstances what should be done please advise.

Report the matter to police.

You may file a complaint to the Police.
File a complaint under s. 420 IPC

You have not mentioned the place you were living. Probably it is India.
You are fully protected under the DVA and are entitled to same relief as are available to a married woman because your relationship with your husband's friend was legally a "live-in" relationship.
If you want to marry someone else, no body can stop you. But if you want stay in the existing relationship it is your choice. If you are just looking for maintenance and financial support. the man you have been living all these years is legally required to provide you maintenance.
You may take your decision in view of all these options.
