Sec 156 (3)
Sir i have got a call from the police station that a case u/s 156(3) sir will u please specify what is the scope of the section and what can be the action against me as well as the necessary steps i should take.

Case u/s.156(3) generally refers to a case registered as per the order of the Court.
In such cases, the police have all the powers available in respect of investigation of a cognisable offence, including arrest, search, seizer etc.
