what is section 406 and 468 act stands for ? A pvt limited company has filed this case against my uncle who is governmet servant for last 30 years ?
We are completeley unaware of this company - TIMS Pvt Ltd and its whereabouts ?
Request a speedy response as we have a court date tomorow and 2 notices have alreay been sent back.

this is a criminal case and sec. 406 stands for criminal breach of trust and 468 stands for forgery for the purpose of cheating. your uncle has to seek anticipatory bail in such case as it is non bailable and there may be a possibility of arrest. once AB is granted, you may defend your case.
