Day are to be counted from service of notice. From service of notice, first 15 days would be notice period and after expiry of notice period, complaint is to be filed within 1 month.

After service of notice wait for 15 days then within 30 days the complaint is to be filed. Remember the period start from the date of service and not from the date of notice.
