I am a commerce graduate planning for MBA this year...but unfortunately i along my friends got indulged in some fight around 2 years ago and thus am facing a trial for sec-324.i am very confused that shall i carry on my MBA degree-1)in the same city....2)what if i want to do it from some other state......or shall i wait for the case to be over,and then decide for MBA as case is on fast track now.Lastly what can be a possible judgment which has a greater probability.....

You pursue your studies.Donot run from the city.you have to attend the case otherwise be ready for sever consequences.Judgements depend upon the evidences and facts of case.without seeing all the papers and evidences etc. it is difficult to give any openion.

If you are not disputing your identification or identity during the trial, then entire trial can be conducted in your absence by your lawyer.

face the trial completely and work on ur studies also.

if you think that you have a weak case then immediately try ur best to get it compromised. the section is compoundable.

otherwise a conviction would damage your career.
