Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
under section 467 if we have to file a bail within how many days we can get that? and what is the procedure for that?

the grant of bail depend upon the offence committed. without perusing the f.i.r and contents of the bail application, it cannot be guessed as to when the bail would be granted.
