under section 138, can one file a case on the basis of the zerox copy of the bounced cheque or is it compulsory to submit the original cheque?

Case can be filed on the basis of xerox of cheque but the complainant has to lead pre summoning evidence by calling the banks as witnesses. Read more on sec 138 NI Act on my website www.karvai.in
