As per sec162 of Indian Evidence Act, 1881, if translator disobeys Court's instructions to keep the contents of documents secret, he shall be held to have committed an offense u/s166 of IPC.

Please read "Indian Evidence Act, 1872" instead of "Indian Evidence Act, 1881" in above answer. writing 1881 was a typographical error. Regret for inconvenience.
