Section 403 406 of IPC
One of our partner has run away with certain amount by withdrawing the money from bank by signing the cheque. What are the remedies available to other partners & action required to be taken to protect themselves & recover money from him

If that partner was authorised to operate bank account of the firm, then no criminal action possible. Only civil action.
