What happens if a person is registered for offences punishable under sections 420,458,465,470,471 r/w section 149 of IPC ?

can he get a bail ? how ?

can he be aquited from the charges ? how ?

how will be the chargesheet prepared?

1. If offence is registered by police, he can be arrested without warrant.

2. He can get bail by applying to proper court.

3. He can be acquitted if evidence is not sufficient.

4. Charge sheet is prepared on completion of investigation.

most of these offence are nonbailable and cognizable and therefore you can 't get bail as a matter of rights . You may get bail by order of court . If there is no evidence the gets acquittal and upon the evidence not coming forth the accused is acquitted

It will depend upon the contents of FIR/Complaint and the evidence collected by the police during investigation. One can be acquitted of the charge if the prosecution fails to prove guilt of the accused.

420,458 are non bailable offence while 465,470,471 are bailable offences. In case of bailable offences you get bail as a matter of right.In case of non bailable offences bail depends upon discretion of court. However acquittal depends on proofs produced by prosecution and facts and circumstances of the case.
