seeking for anticipitary bail

what is the procedure to get anticipitary bail for case of 498-A and what is the amount to be paid by the pettioner to his lawyer if already a case for judicial seperation filed by the pettioner to his lawyer fee of Rs.10,000/- Is there is a specific amount for the said bail per person. whether only have to show the bank balance or fd etc for the personal bond. kindly clarifies my qurries?

Both are different proceedings. The Bailor is not required to give actual amount of Bail. Lawyers fees differs from lawyer to lawyer.

Procedure to get anticipatory bail is same as others. So far as payment against bail bond is concerned, actual payment is not made but it is promised to pay the amount in case of breach of terms of bail. Fee of lawyers varies from lawyer to lawyer.

The lawyer's fee is subjective depending upon the place and the lawyer's own level.

The bail can be furnished by a person who can show sufficient means like bank balance, car title, house title, job - salary, etc.

as far as lawyer fee is concerned, that depends from a lawyer to lawyer. you may negotiate the fee and file the anticipatory bail without delay. in case of anticipatory bail, no FD etc is to be deposited in the court.

One need to apply for getting anticipatory bail. Other things like grant or refusal as also terms and conditions would depends on the facts of the matter and judge hearing the matter.
