Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I have been seperated from my husband while I was pregnant. I have not filed for a divorce yet. Can I name my child with my maiden name legally or will there be a problem.

Yes there will be a problem . You cant give your maiden name to your child before the Divorce happens.
