Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

we own a shop thats 6 yrs old..one of our labour use to steal and do wrongfull things in our shop..he was our employee from past 6 years so we asked him to leave...he has some dues of around (70,000 off the records and without anything in written)that we are ready to pay off as it is his hard earned..but he demands (1,75,000)alot extra..and that too at one time.. he also uses abusive language and give threats to my father and me and my brother also..we have registered 2 FIR's against him in BArra bazar Ps, kolkata india..how do we stop this and drag him in court?

Depending on facts and circumstances, you may request the police to invoke various prohibitory remedies like 107, 110, 151 Cr.P.C. as also seek an injunction from civil court.
