Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am a shopkeeper in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. SDM of Uttarakhand sealed my shop unlawfully and arrested me by claiming false offences. I got bail after four days and seal of shop got removed after 2 and a half months. In the case, it got proved that the offence was false.

So, for the recovery of mental and financial harrassment that I faced, what can I do?

Under which section and under which court can I file the case?

You may file a suit against SMD and Govt for damages for malicious prosecution.
