how i shud prepare a legal notice against a person whose cheque is bounced so that he gets afraid and pays my money back

you must complete the legal requirement and do not worry about putting one in fear. You have to inform about the dishonour of cheque giving its number, date and amount and when was it dishonoured by which bank. Make sure you mention that the cheque waas issued in discharge of the liability. Give the person 15days time to make the payment or else you will file a criminal complaint for dishonour of cheque
you need to consult the lawyer and he would do the needful. refrain yourself from sending it as you may miss out on the legal language and in turn you complaint may be affected.
