Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
In a signature dispite case private forensic expert report is that signature are free hand forged. Is private forensic expert report authentic in court ? I am not subbmitting said report in court and I am waiting for correct time when court ask me for signatures? forensic expert chared 30 thousand rupees for his geniune opinion he says no one can challange my opinion.

Opinion of an expert like handwriting expert is never conclusive proof.
If a forgery is revealed from the opinion of an expert, earliest discloser to the Court and Police is necessary. Delayed disclosure has negative consequences.
