Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
In a signature disputed signature case I subbmited photocopy of disputed documents in court After that orignal documents is destroyed by accused If orignal signature is desroyed then What evidence is left Now I have only forge photostate document made by accused and I subbmitted in cour Can cfsl lab give opinion on photostate document ?where signature is present in photostate form.

you will not be able to prove the forgery on the basis of photocopy of a document unless that photocopy is admitted by the accused.
