what is the significance of a bail application being withdrawn by the applicant when he finds that he can not meet the condition being set by the high court.
will this withdrawal affect future bail applications and how soon can the applicant again apply for bail after once withdrawing the application

It will not effect the bail application if filed in future. The applicant can file a bail application , the circumstances of the applicant has changed or he has been able to meet the conditions set by the court.
