Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

sir 498a and dowry cases against me and my myfamily members

fir was written last month on dec 10 2012.

divorce case is pending which my wife file in court.

her main aim to trap me and my family members in 498a is just to take divorce.

now i also want to finish this fight as i see boys cant get justice in metromonial case. as many lawyers just shake hands with other party and make fool of boys side.

i want to settle this matter mutually. since no charge sheet is filed just investigation is going on.

my question

how to proceed further what happen of fir it is to be quashed by high court or before chargesheet session court has power to dismiss the case.

whatt precaution i have to take before signing the mutual divorce.

Contact the girls family and talk about settling it down, settle the terms, file a petition for mutual consent. Then move to High Court for quashing.

Sessions court may not have any powers. Approach high court in the manner suggested by your Lawyer or Adv Gupta.

Compromise with them, file divorce by mutual consent and then quashing of the FIR jointly. You may have to pay one time settlement amount and return all the dowry items. Remember for all this you need to have a reliable counsel. If you wish to take our assistance please contact the under signed.
