Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir, I am an advocate and I am innocent. But the complainant filed criminal case against my senior and also against me. He contended against me that I have forged his signature at the instance of my senior. In fact I have not done so. Forensic report states that the questioned signatures are forged but it is not possible to say that who has forged the signatures. Now what is my position and is there any problem to me. Please suggest me.
