Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
sir there are alligations on my father that he has taken house loans from different banks by keeping fake documents and coloured xerox documents in different places in hyderabd . now for every 2-3 months one FIR is booking in differnet police stations and he is facing alot of harrasment from police people .wat i want to ask is "is there any law where we can club all the cass and take anticipatory bail or interim stay on all cases

Stay on such cases is not possible.
Blanket anticipatory bail is also not possible.
Clubbing of cases is possible after filing of charge sheets.
