Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir, I have assigned land since 30 Yrs.Govt. issued patta certificate,Revenue Dept. issued a Pass Book, today some people entering my land and cultivate my land. I complaint the police, the police canot take any action. How to portect my land and how to take action upon the those people.

You may obtain an injunction order from civil court.
You may obtain orders of investigation and/or issuance of process from the criminal court.
