Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir, I have assinged land extend of 2.25 Acres since 30 years in my possession.I get the STATUS QUO ORDER from the court. But now some people entering my land and culitivated land due to cultivation disturb my existing corp.I complaint at police station enclose the order, the police people can't take any action upon my complaint. Then suit the private complaint through court, the court 3 days back issued order to the concerned police station,how much time take for FIR booking? The police people any chance for disposed my case?
