Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir i booked my husband under 498a 406 as i have to get rid of him
as my lawyer suggest i claim my dowary items which i had never bring along with me in my inlaws home . the list is very big but fake .
my husband get interim bail from high court . but now i am trapped as court call me to justify the dowry list .
now my lawyer didnt listen and said whatever i told him he just
do that only.
i am very must scared as i have speak lie in high court .
my husband now want to settle the case on his terms
as he also had my affair proves with my manager working in same organisation .
do judge give me punishment for my false dowary list
and what about my manager with whom i have affair do court also call him to court for justification of our relation
