Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir i bought a home insurance policy from the reputed insurance company now i want to know if my neighbour reconstruct their house and due to their reconstruction my house was impacted and broken so the insurance company will liable for my damages or not? as the house broken without any intension of loss so are we eligible for claim?

in case you policy document permits the damage to the house by third party, you are entitled to claim.
